    collected.  When completing a service agreement (not done online) you

    address, & phone number as well as personal information about the applicant 
    you are screening.  That information is handled in accordance with all 
    of the provisions of this policy statement.  You may, however, visit our 
    website anonymously by not logging in to our secure client area.  Anonymous, unregistered, visitors may not access our screening request services 
    or other client only resources.  Any information submitted in our 
    Secure Clients Area is processed via a secure connection using a minimum 128 
    bit encrypted link.

    that employs a minimum of 128 bit encryption technology.  Our online payment services are provided by Intuit® Payment Network 
    through their secure, encrypted website only to be accessible by those 
    authorized with special access rights to such systems 
    & services. All activities conducted through Intuit® 
    are subject to their privacy policies/terms and conditions. We never have 
    access to any personal or financial information you may provide on their 
    site or to their service. Private information (credit cards, bank account 
    information, etc.) is never provided to us and is never stored on our servers. 
    7.  Do we use cookies?  Yes.  Cookies are small text files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the website to recognize your browser and assist in processing your online requests.  
    All cookies we place expire and are removed from your computer immediately 
    when you log out of our secure clients area.  If cookies are disabled, 
    approved clients will not be able to use the services in our secure client 
    area.  
    8. Do we disclose any 
    information to outside parties? We do not give, sell, trade, share, or 
    otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable 
    information. This includes third parties who assist us in operating our 
    website, conducting our business, or servicing you. We may release your 
    information only when we believe such release is required to comply with the law or lawful 
    court order.  In such cases, we will only release the minimum amount of 
    information needed to comply with the request. 
    9. Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance.  We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act).  
    We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.  Our website 
    & services are all directed only to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
